Ashley’s dedication to the Fitness Industry is exemplified through her renowned certifications, her completion of over 300 hours in formal fitness education including the areas of Functional Training, Strength and Conditioning, Nutrition Education and Weight Management. Ashley continues to educate herself by attending seminars and conferences, implementing the most current research and training methods into her personal training practice.
